Returns to the head office at your expense (address below).
LEGAL NOTICES / CONDITIONS OF SALE
If the products you obtained from Work Centre do not fully meet your expectations, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt, provided that all the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been worn.
- It is still in its original box.
- You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.
If the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and you may be charged delivery costs.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
BY CARRIER (At your expense)
If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us at the following email: info@centredutravail.com
For any other normal return, if you return the package to the Work Centre warehouse (at your expense), the merchandise must be properly packaged to protect it. We recommend taking out insurance in case of loss.
We will process the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as the purchase. No refunds on initial shipping costs, and please allow 4 to 7 business days for the carrier's shipping time as well as for the credit processing.

GUARANTEE
The items provided by Work Centre are new and free from defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects if the product has been used under normal conditions. In such cases, we will replace the product or refund using the same payment method as the purchase.
