Refunds and Returns Policy

You must return your items to our Centre du Travail/Work Centre WEB warehouse by Canada Post or Purolator atyour expense. Please read the following conditions carefully.

LEGAL NOTICES / CONDITIONS OF SALE

If the products you obtained from Centre du Travail do not fully meet your expectations, we will allow returns within 15 days of receipt if all the following conditions are met:

      • The item has not been worn.
      • It is still in its original box.
      • You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.

If the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and you may be charged delivery costs.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (CANADA POST OR PUROLATOR)

Defective merchandise: If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us without delay at the following email: info@centredutravail.com

Normal return: return the package to the Work Centre at your expense, the merchandise must be properly packaged to protect it. We recommend taking out insurance in case of loss (higher fees)

We will make the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method of the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for carrier shipping time and credit processing.

Important:

a) In-store purchases can only be processed in-store.

b) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Work Centre commits to honoring its return policy outlined above.

The items provided by Work Centre are new and free from defects. They are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects if the product has been used under normal conditions. In such cases, we will replace the product or refund using the same payment method as the purchase.

Return policy

At Work Centre, our goal is for our customers to embrace our clothing and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of eligible merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or damaged, within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Products returned in new condition only

At Work Centre, we offer quality products, new and in perfect condition. If you return a product, we must be able to resell it. The merchandise must not have been used, all tags must be attached, and the packaging must be intact.

To be considered new, a product must be clean, odorless and free of animal hair. In the same way that a customer can try on a coat in store and decide to leave it on the hanger, your returned order constitutes a fitting.

"It is at the discretion of the Work Centre to decide whether the product is no longer in an acceptable condition."

Reimbursement period

Once your package is received at our premises, we do our best to process returned items within 10 business days. During sales and holiday periods, these delays may be longer. Please note that these times do not include delivery to and from our premises.

Delivery method

When you order online, in most cases, the items in your order will be delivered by Purolator in a single shipment. Sometimes, the items in your order will be delivered by Canada Post, depending on your postal address. Additional postage fees may be charged to you if our carrier charges us extra fees to deliver to your address.
